i made this metal detector and i wanted to modify it
i want it give 5v or 0v output
no speaker
any ideas?

you CAN use speaker or LED ONLY its out stage. what about micro-controller ?

i want to take the output and send it to micro controller
but it must be above 2.5volt for the micro controller to sense it
i wanna change the output of the metal detector to 5volt

mine detecting robot
if there is a mine the robot should stop
that's why i want 5v signal from the metal detector
if the micro controller sense the 5v it will stop the motors and do some other stuff

Usually with a robot carries light like Sensors,,,,in our case things like Pinpointer .

In any case you need a new design project.
