To operate: Stand pipe upright on ground. Drop free plate into bottom snug and flat against bottom plate. Drop in material up to 4'' dia., up to 9'' deep. Use flat end of digging bar to crush material against freeplate inside. When powder or small grain, empty tap out freeplate and remaining material, reinsert to pound larger material again until all is fine powder.
