        Hello Carl.
After looking at the schematic a bit, I realized that there may be a design error in the two rectifiers.
I have marked them with blue circles in the schematic.
This is my humble opinion, and I hope you don't get upset.
        Best regards,
        Eduardo.

They look correct. The upper one clamps positive swings, the lower one clamps negative swings.

Okay Carl. Thanks for the clarification. I thought I needed to add a 10k resistor in each rectifier between the anode of the diode and the inverting input of the operational amplifier.

There are ways to improve the ideal diodes, for example, preventing saturation when they are not clamping. I chose to let them saturate because this is not a very fast application. In general, the circuits throughout the book are for teaching concepts so I tried to keep them as simple as possible. They are starting points, not final destinations.

The final solution will be seen after the real soldering of the schematic, as usual. I also have some doubts for this connections. But in this proposal is important the idea, not the exact solution - it is the basic aim of ITMDx -start to thing!

Hi, Carl, can you post the hex file if it is complete of course. Thanks.

The voltages on negative inputs of IC7a and IC7b have to be zero and no chance to be amplified further.

I have just posted the C source code and the hex file here.

Until You confirm that you hardware is working alright; I think we should still wait, right?

Hi Carl, would this schematic work with DD antennas Minelab GP, SD, and GPX ? Thanks.
