Was just about to bid on it, but noticed you say Quote... May not ship to united kingdom.
Does that mean your thinking about it or is it worded wrong?

I may have made a mistake. I think I set it for shipping only in the US and Canada as frankly shipping to the world seems a bit risky. Who wants to sell something to some country they never heard of? But obviously the UK is as safe or safer than the US. I am new to eBay so will see if I can change that right now. Some stuff gets locked after the auction starts but I assume shipping is not one of them. Thanks for the note letting me know.

Apology accepted. I am not as new to eBay as I have let on. I simply was not anxious to deal with the effort of shipping worldwide and still am not. The only error I MAY have made was in limiting my sale to the US only, but that is a debateable error at best. It may have got me more bids, but international shipping is a pain. In my busy little world getting less money to make things easy is perfectly acceptable. In any case, I did take a shot at opening the bidding to the UK and Canada and if that works at this point, fine. If not, oh well. I do not want to mess with the listing further at this point.
Thanks Carl. By the way, I am cleaning house to move to Reno finally, which is reason for this sale. Once I get settled and out and about down south Alan has invited me for a visit so I hope to finally meet you and chat. Maybe sooner.
The mag is exactly as advertised. May be old but like new condition. Works great, a deal for somebody depending on what it sells for. I have no idea what that will be so am as curious as anyone. All I know is I have a ton of stuff to move from Alaska to Reno and this is one thing not going with me so sell it will no matter what.Comment
