C21 is listed as 10uF 100 volt Electrolytic. is the voltage critical as they are difficult to buy and very large

sorry, i am living in small town 20 thousands inhabitans. a capitol 150km from me. Lithuania does nothing in electronics
and the plastic we need. if you will want to find Lithuania on a map you will see nothing. its size is like a point you left by pen on paper.

C21 should be a 10uF 16V or 25V tantalum capacitor, not a "regular" aluminium electrolytic capacitor

tantalum is good but set up all you have. 10uF 50V or 25V will be ok.
