do you know of any member on the forum how makes either the 1m x 1m coils or a 20" coil that sells them. or am i best to do a wanted post on the forum.

ok guys i repeate how i did coil. buy PVC tube and glue if you need glue. you need also 1pcs T and 4pcs L corners.

you need a pvc length 1*4meters and plus 2.54cm*8. cut those pieces from the tube. they will be like gaps in the bunch.

one tube, one side of your future coil, has to be cutted in half and T fitting inserted on the glue in middle.
L corners also have to be glued just on one side of pieces.
tightly tie the bunch by scottish tape. now you are ready to wind the coil.

oh. i did trip in capitol to buy the wire. in shop i did look all wires were on selling. i choiced 'fat'.
bought 100m. i did 16 turns, but do less, 12 is good. so it was 64m length.
i had read amazing note from one russian that for DP coil has to be 1.2mH. really we do not still have full data of DP coils.
you have to do experiment.

you ask me to give gerber files for free and now. i wasted much years to do this PCB. i learned P-CAD, it was absolutely unknown soft for me because
i did not work at electronics fabrica never, according my main tech speciality. this country is angry faschist one, i am a stranger for it. just lithuanians here are recognized, russian speaking are derelict.
i did read books, i looked learning courses video, i asked in forums.
it is hard JOB. so i ask you again - WRITE ONLY HELPFUL RESPONSES and your life will be better fine.
