increase DEPTH and SENS, look a reaction on copper.

Ok Now it is detecting copper.

I made round shaped 500mm coil. It is 400uh. 2.15 Ohm resistance.
It's detecting a 400ml can of WD40 upto 43cm. I am not impressed with depth.
What can be the cause?

Also the test coil was giving excellent iron rejection but with 500mm coil the discrimination is gone.

Sheilding the board will cerainly improve the performance but will it be sufficient?
