Make a 200-500ohm graphite screen with wood glue+water or coating enamele lacquer, composition 3:1 add more glue+water/lac when too thick. Dry it, test, add more layer as needed.

Don't forget to sanding for better bond

Man, can't you find some aluminum box to use for your enclosure? Journey to nearest city and walk around the town, keep your eyes open wide.Look for proper chassis box. If you insist on wood box, use copper clad board for shielding.
Use ordinary Elmers white glue for mixing with graphite powder.

Dbanner I wish to do the same. DP has to prove it self before i decorate it. My worst fear is that the two meter cola can detection is contingent with extra terrestrial conditions. Mr KT has been cooperative and proven his expertise and i hope we can complete the project soon but so far i haven't got a clue about where the enclosure is grounded.
