T3 minimum pulse width is 180uS. The maximum is 550uS.
C3 is 18nf.
Is this ok or i change C3 to 15nf ?

good. leave it. set mosfet back and test with small coil.

DO NOT CONNECT A METER COIL IN YOUR ROOM/HOUSE/HOME.
ANOTHERWAY YOU WILL BURN SCHEMATIC.

MOSFET and coil connected with board. I installed all old IC.
The board is working again.
