for exampe you can find somebody with PP in you friends' round and ask him to pay.
BTW Philippines is under protectorate of NATO/USA and strangely for me why you do not have (american) paypal account.

Actually I had an account before with PayPal but this time when i try to login it was denied. I try to make a new account but it was denied again and said that my email address used had been registered already and was advice to contact PayPal USA. I don't have more knowledge in doing so. I used that account before for my export business but since it was stop 5 years ago and I did not use it anymore. Please kindly reserve 1 pc. pcb for me.
