I have now three blank board and one I leave for some case. I also will send with DP now Hammerhead board as free, for winterproject.
but only write me a note that you order DP with HH, another way I will send only DP pcb.
post office rule was changed, they say now all mails sending only via air, no more un-airmail.
so you will get a parcel more fastly. however I do not up the price, it is same the 29USD.
my loss is your obtaining.

5% 10% tolerance resistors have a nominal 4.7k, but 6 band colour 0.05% 0.1% tolerance resistors have a nominal 4.7xk (4.72k). because THE TOLERANCE.

you can put any value resistor but have to get 100Hz in T2 point, for electric net standart 50Hz in your country, or 120Hz, for 60Hz electric net standart.

FOR USA - 60HZ - 120HZ
FOR UK - 50HZ - 100HZ

and what this give you? more depth? discrimination? what? DP is not THE sh.ttector to put lcd in every hole.

ok, use 4.75k. you can use - 4.68 4.7 4.72. 4.75 4.76 4.77 etc. they have to be EQUAL in couples - R25=R26 R23=R24. FOR EXAMPLE - you can take
4.68 for couple R25=R26 and 4.77 for R23=R24.
yes, I use TL081 because I have not LF357, but I have to DEMONSTRATE for my potencial orderers that MY BOARD IS WORKING

Because our post office did rise up a price on shipping I have to change a price too. Earlier I sent via 'at ground transport', it gave some economy to you... But rules was changed, now left only 'via airmail' way, I have to follow it. New price is 32USD. You get bare board, DVD-ROM and my everyday on-line support. I hope now you ll get more fastly, because 'airmail'.
