2 leds light up, but do not listen ... to check the plate and welds, I noticed that some pieces do not have the complete welding ...

I mean ... I soldered on the bottom (where the tantalum connect) ...

I thought I would run the solder to the other side ... but I see is not it ... my question is (excuse my ignorance): I welded the two sides so that no false or no contact ...????

hi friend, you do not need to solder both sides. it is not SMD board. chinese manufacturer sends me esspecial probe taken from board, polished, in epoxy, telling me
like 'our production is only of high quality, you can satisfy yourself'. all holes are cuprum metallized, cuprummed. no need soldering at top side.

Thanks my friend... I appreciate the clarification. So why does not work, the LEDs are lit but no sound ... The red and green LED remain lit ... I think I'll do something else, I have built several Delta Pulse and none have worked. Do I review it?????

1. desolder IRF740
2. measure voltages in points +E, GND, -BAT, referense to point -E (on pcb marking as =E). write those value.
3. see by o-scope points T2, T3. put the pics from those points.
