      Hi
I made a mistake the one I have in stock is the rare VLF TR-990D which is the more advanced version of the 950 listed on KT315 post above.
There is more user contols designed for the more experinced Detectorist.
Hesident to sell as they are rare and sought after due to there capabilitys and its mint show room condition, bought from new in the 80s , Any serious offeres would have to be in acess of £200+ pp before consider selling.
The housing of this model in my opinion looks cheap and tacky however they left the likes of Arado 120/130 far as depth of detection here in the uk streets ahead.
Will post pics if you require.
      Regards

hi dave, mine was the simplified one, they all went to a liquidation action, i split my collection into 2 lots, lot1 non working/repairables fetched 120 pounds, lot2 all fully working some boxed they fetched 500 quid, the same bloke bought both lots.
i was so incensed with cscope refusing to give me schematics for what were 30+ year old machines, i got rid of the lot, the parkinson pro model was the straw that broke the camels back, cscope tried to claim that no schematics were given with the kit(they were it was a self build kit), almost calling me a liar.
so i will never deal with them again or recommend them, same goes to the losers on here who had some of the schematics, one person even sent me a pm bragging about having them, but would not send me them.
never mind its done now, unless you love it dave i would get rid of it, if it breaks they will tell you to send it in, but send it back untouched claiming it was unrepairable(i knew the fault, i only needed the schematic), and i was supposed to send all the non working ones for the same treatment?.

guess they thought i had mug written on my head, well stuff them and there 20 year old designs in modern fancy cases.
i'm afraid nothing they do as a company will ever impress me anymore.

I see this thread is a year old but I've just been asked to sell a friend's 950 for him. Still want one?
