WTB Hammerhead SMT PCB

I want to make the Hammerhead SMT but cannot make the pcb myself. Who has one for sale, projects half finished are welcome.

I was thinking of having some made but they do 5x5cm or 10x10. The board appears to be 5x6.
So I need to have the layout squeezed to 5x5 or created as a double on 10x10. It's tricky as I
only have the Gerber files...
