I'm offering PCB Manufacturing, ONLY for metal detector purpose, you can send me layout in .pdf in minimum 10 piece, for lower count go to silverdog or KT315,,,,, if you want higher quality Needed File:




Gerber format RS274X
NC Drill: Excellon 4:2 (4 integer-2
Decimal)
ZeroSuppressio: Trailing Blank
Scale Factor: Metric




Layers:
Top Layer
Bottom Layer
Top Soldermask
Bottom Soldermask
Top Legend
Bottom Legend
need more if multilayer (up to 4 layer)




Minimum production 10pcs




Available PCB: CEM1, FR4, FR4-HF




Size in single layer:
min @ 80cm²
max @ 28cm x 38cm




Double Layer and Multilayer (max 4 layers)
min @ 80cm²
max @ 18cm x 28cm

do you make PCB yourself or order at a fabric? why you need .pdf?

I'm not making myself. It's made by fabric, different fabric, for regular quality and higher-level quality. But price is also differ. It doesn't need .pdf actualy all Image are Welcome, but .pdf more fast in timing proces, it was for scaling need. If you happen made in .brd .pcbdoc etc please export it first to Image .bmp .png .jpg etc.

For higher quality I need only gerber as stated before.

Thanks KT315 for King Cobra...I know You're expert on this,,, yup as Mr.Q said you must offer them since my minimum is 10. By the way, anyone had trouble make Fandy Quasars PCB, Anker50M with SMD parts, I can provide them, though need time.
