Now quick question from my side. In your Baracuda tips you mention replacing the 1n4148 with 1n914. I did not see any difference in the pdf's. Actually in many shops they sell them as a complete equivalent. However i gues your point for replacing is the capacity and the speed. So what do you think about 1N4151 instead? It appears slightly faster than 1n4148? At the same moment if i decide to replace 1N4148 with Shotky diodes which one should be my choice?

sorry NK i never suggested to change 1N4148 with 1N914. you (people) try upgrade something in full conviction
you are able to, for example, add the depth, to make better to gold, something more, etc. But that is just your deeply

Yeah this is controversal. I'm talking about the picture which you submit here, and avaiable on your DVD which you refer to several posts before, advicing Chubaba. And off cause single or two diodes are not enough to change the picture, but i'm just sourcing the components, thats why the question! Have a look at the atachment.What do you read there??? ...All diodes 1n914 or better, if not understand why - read the 4148 datasheet.

6. nobody from Gurus still offered change 1n4148 on Shottky at input of front end - YOU MUST LEARN THE PULSE INDUCTION PRINCIPLE!

7. we say about decrease FIRST DELAY WIDTH (FOR SENSITIVITY TO GOLD NUGGETS), with Shottky you can NOT DECREASE IT
