Yes 2nd pcb with smt, the 1st full smd pcb still make reverse sound when pin pointing, not do anything to fix yet, maybe there is cold joint or something somewhere or setup error

This is strange, but you should check all soldered connections and components at least around MCP 602. Maybe replacing this IC could fix the problem.
