I HAVE A 971 SYSTEM AND A SCREW CAME LOOSE IN THE PROCESSOR AND STOPPED THE UNIT FROM WORKING. I AM IN THE MARKET FOR A PROCESSOR. I CAN SELL OR TRADE THE NONWORKING ONE OR PAY SOMEONE TO REPAIR IT.
