An electronic version of the Spanish Dip Needle. This devise measures the inclination of the magnetic field. A Honeywell HMR-3300 Digital Compass along with special software and a "one of a kind" circuit gives a digital and analog reading. A laptop running Windows 95 with a serial port is needed to run this equipment. I believe the concept is valid and I have spent a lot to get it to this stage but now needs more work. Asking $950 US. This sounds like a "magnetic dip needle", not Spanish... the Spanish dip needle is a dowsing device. Might want to post pics.

You are correct. It is measuring the angle the magnetic field. I will go back and try to edit the heading. Sorry.
