I want to buy an old Anderson Rod

I am interrested in a used or "not new" cheaper model of this type dowsing rod......called Universal Antenna Rod.
I am willing to pay a price relavent to the almost universal views and experiences of the volume of participants on this site that they probably do nothing.......
I am not interrested in your "it has worked every time for me" most prized posession you are finally ready to part with now that you are rich enough.....
But I am willing to find out for myself......and give someone a chance to recoup SOME of thier money back that they put out for one of these???instraments???
So here's someone"s chance to get some cash back for that thing they have been hiding in a box in the attic all these years....... .....

Have gotten this item. At first tries, it seems to NOT do anything.....I am putting together as many rolls of older pennies as I can and will bury them for a test item and will post my tests in lrl section....

I wish I could have replied before you bought the Anderson Rod. I had the PMRII for several years before I figured out you can do the same thing with a bent coat hanger. I took a bent rod placed in a copper tube handle and it produced the same results on a known target as the Anderson Rod. The power load does absolutely nothing. You're paying hundreds of dollars for something you can make yourself for under $5. Trust me, I've tested the Anderson Rod in the field and it won't descriminate between metals. Just wanted you to know from someone that has used one for years. The whole dowsing rod thing is unreliable anyway, so now I just search with a standard metal detector.
