  • WTB Red Baron RB3

    Looking for a Bounty Hunter RB3, which was the entry model of the Red Baron series. Would also consider other Red Baron models, esp. RB10 or RB12.

    I used to be a metal detector dealer. When George Payne, appeared to end the Red Barons, I snagged two of the units, used one myself, still using it, the other one is still brand new, with a box. Tested it to make sure it was working though, as did not want to be stuck with a defective unit later on, if my original one gave up the ghost.

    Cannot remember if the model was a RB3, I can send photos of it if interested. Just never did need to go beyond the original one, it is still working quite well. I favor those old machines, especially for the ground blanking where you can move through a heavily junk infested area, and still get good deep coins.
