manufactured Delta Pulse

Is anyone interested in a 1998 version of the Delta Pulse. It was recently
purchased from Kellyco. The unit overloaded so is no longer functional. It
came with the standard 1.1 meter coil. Gel battery is still good.

Is it the fuse burnt? Replace it if is...Kellyco had 10-20 bugged units from those and they couldnt sell them for years... The bug i think was 2 wrong values of resistors, if it is one of those it will happen too offen (most of all if you turn it on indoors)
