Wanted: Mono Coil

I am looking to buy a coil for a Whites TDI SL. I do not mind if it is 'homemade' or a commercial item. It will be only used on beaches. 12" to 14"? Please send a PM with details.

I am very surprised and disappointed that nobody has replied as I was hoping that some of the experts on here from worldwide may have wanted to make one for me which I would have been happy to pay very eagerly big bugs for. Certainly as much as a non waterproof Coiltek coil which I was conned into buying, then when I realised it was not waterproof, I was charged a 20% restocking fee. Shame on you Coiltek and Crawfords UK!

Thank you for that as its a coincidence you said that company as I have searched everywhere in UK for them, but failed to find 14"x!0. I wrote to Detech ([email protected]) regarding not finding products in UK: I have bought from there previously. I wanted to buy a coil and asked about delivery times. This was the answer, copied and pasted:

That's odd because they have a UK phone number: +44 7459 901370
and in their Shipping & Returns page they list:
Scotland(Dumfries, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Motherwell), England, Wales - 3 - 5 Days excluding handling time.

Also, on the front page its states: Worldwide Shipping
Our experienced warehouse team ships internationally daily.

He probably knows someone who works there.

If all else fails, try shopping through MyUS.com. You by through them, goods are shipped internally in the US and then MyUS ships them to the UK. I have not used them, but apparently shipping costs are cheaper than if you bought direct from the supplier. This tip was given to me by a Fischer dealer in the US.
