I would try eBay. Here's an example of one that was advertised in January this year, but I don't think anyone bought it. Perhaps you could try contacting the seller to inquire.

If you still insist on purchasing an expensive education, then please report back with any test results.

Alternatively you could build one from the information I posted earlier. Having seen the circuit diagram and the unprofessional user manual, do you still consider it was worth $12,000 when new?

No criticism intended,but these are the Kind of devices "Smellyco" has been offering for the last 20 years.Is cochran<associate or thomas electroscope still in business?
If it works for You then the ability is in You..And willowwands or even bent close hangers would work for much less.
I do not dismiss dowsing Though,I have seen to many examples to argue.
