thinking if for United Kingdom shipping is 10 Litai... then maybe for Slovenia (is it right?) this is too... appox $3.85 for ordered mail. but I can send as simple mail, it will be lowest price, but some risk of a deprivation.

if you have a problem like to 'Now then I'm still having a problem toasting R10' ....

I suggest to set an resistor of more power. see at photos. notice SMT resistor can burn out if you test the board on big PULSE WIDTH value. I can not say how much PULSE WIDTH has to be... but from maybe 200 usec will be ready to get this effect.
