  • 4 older detectors for sale...

I am new to this site and am in need of some information.

My Grandfather passed away in the summer and I have been helping my mother and grandmother clean out my grandfathers garage and storage shed. I came across 4 old metal detectors my grandfather used to use.

    1. BOUNTY HUNTER IB/200 PACIFIC NORTHWEST INSTRUMENTS
MADE IN : KLAMOTH FALLS, OR

    2. COIN MASTER 5/DBH DISCRIMINATOR G.E.B. SUPREME
    ALL METAL DETECTOR
MADE: WHITE ELECTRONICS , SWEET HOME, OR

    3. COMPASS ELECTRONICS (NO MODEL ON THIS ONE)
    MADE: FOREST GROVE, OR

    4. CVC TR-400
MADE: DOESNT SAY ON METAL DETECTOR.

ALL 4 OF THESE DETECTORS SEEM TO TURN ON AND MAKE ALOT OF NOISE. I PUT NEW BATTERIES IN THEM AND THREW SOME COINS ON THE GROUND IN MY LIVING ROOM AND ITS MAKES NOISE WHEN I GO OVER THEM.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THESE MACHINES WORK OR WHAT THERE WORTH. IF THERE IS A WEB SITE OR MAYBE EVEN THIS FORUM WHERE I CAN POST THEM FOR SALE MAYBE SOMEONE WANTS THEM.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE I CAN POST THESE FOR SALE,

BEFORE I JUST THROW THEM ON EBAY.

P.S. I WILL CONTINUES TO TRY AND UPLOAD THE PHOTOS I HAVE TAKEN OF THESE BUT I KEEP GETTING A UPLOAD FILE ERROR FOR THE WEBSITE ASKING FOR SOME"TOKEN".

    THANKS IN ADVANCE.

If i cant get the pics uploaded, shoot me an email and I will email the pics to you.

    Thanks

This is restricted on first post only, now you can post photos too.

Yes, you can advertise them here -- I might be interested -- and, as WM6 said, you should be able to u/l pics now. The "CVC" is more likely a "CUE" which I believe was a Compass line.

You might want to say what country you are from as international shipping will be prohibitive

all files I got reloaded in http://depositfiles.com/files/h5rkeeiih

If your not interested in them for yourself could you pleae tell me your honest opinion on what price I should ask for them when I do sell them. I have no expertise in this area.
James, oh... that is not my record horse to be at the finish... to give you adequate objective price on vintage nowaday... thinking the price may be too varyable... I believe Carl and somebody in US will say you more on this matter.
try ask also via forum http://www.detectingequipment.com/
