Hi Qiaozhi, were there any particular reasons why you used Pfets in the PI 1-4 projects , and not Nfets ?

Mostly because it is easier to visualize and explain high-side coil switching. With low-side switching the coil decays to the positive side of the battery, which is usually re-labeled as ground and can be confusing.
