  • Whites Electronics History booklet that I wrote some years ago..............

Carl asked me, I had forgotten about this Whites Electronics history booklet, it is not as good as the Compass Electronics history booklet, but it has words and has enhanced photos
that I did in the past. I will post both the .Doc File and the .Pdf File here. I do not have .PDF software to read it on this computer, but with the Doc file one can read it either way!

So there above, is the cover I made years ago for this booklet. I was a PRINTER's DEVIL, for a Publishing Company back in 1954! They first started me melting lead type for Linotype
typing (Newspaper's machines) and then it had a melting pot on the left side of the Linotype machine, with a hook hanging above. They first hooked the LEAD PIG piece on the hook,
it lowered the PIG into the melting pot, melted the lead, and as they typed, it squirted the molten lead, into each type form, and low and behold. out of each type form, came a NEW
LEAD PIECE, which would print after printers ink was put on the top of that lead piece. That is all I can tell you about the lead type and how basically the Linotype worked!!!
Now here below, is the STORY of WHITES ELECTRONICS, written by myself, years ago, and the photos??? Well I enhance each photo, for extreme clarity.

So right below, is the .PDF file for that booklet cover above!!!!!! Not going to stick in the .DOC file, as the .PDF file will do the trick telling my story!!! I read it on the older
Windows XP Computer, and it is there.........Melbeta??? Will wonders never cease with your stories??? Nope....................There it is below. You can read it, but it is still secured,
so you cannot print it out. Do not have any .PDF file that is not secured from printing...But at least you can read it, and see the enhanced photos of the older earlier models of Whites!!!
