  • U.S. Silver Dollars...................

Now I got a hell of a lot of U.S. Silver Dollars..... The better and rarer ones, are in an Whitman album. Then I got lots of what I call "seconds", they are duplicates, I put the BEST of them
into the Whitman album. Then I got three plastic sheets full of silver dollars in white holders..... How many? Well did not count them lately, but I will guess MORE then 120+ U.S. Silver
Dollars. Also got TWO of even rarer silver Dollars........ Now remember, back in the later days, the U.S. Government began TO MELT DOWN the U.S. Silver Dollars. So any we have
saved, have even become MORE RARER!!!!!!!!!!!! The U.S. Govt, melted down all the silver dollars they held in the MINTS, cast the silver into silver bars!!!!!!!!! They did this when
the PRICE of SILVER began to rise!!!!!!!!! So the QUANTITES they ORIGINALLY made the silver dollars in the past, cannot be relied upon anymore!!!!! As the silver dollars come back
into the banks, the banks are required to return them to the MINTS, where they melted them down in batches and cast them into silver bars! I am posting these so you guys who have
never seen ANY, can see what they look like!!!!!

The first things I am going to post, is my STORY on the 3 METEORITES I found... I used to find lots of them, tossed them away, thought they were HOT ROCKS. Then one
day, was in the large Museum of Natural History, in Denver, and low and behold, realized I had been tossing them away...... Found some more, and they are featured in this
booklet below, so you can read about the ones I found after I tossed the bunch away! Some of you may be tossing them away to as hot rocks!!!!! Read my booklet!!!!

Now below, I am going to show you what U.S. Silver Dollars look like..........Sheet by sheet, out of the Whitman Album.........So when you see them, and MELBETA says HE has them,
you can see them and know I got them........Very valuable they are today!!!!!!!!!! Also rarer then they were once cast by the U.S. MINTS!!!!!!!!!

There you go, above are my Whitman Silver Dollar album, page by page, or what I call sheet by sheet. Now you can look at them, but it is secured against printing, cannot print the entire
Whitman album out. But you can see the best of the finds!!! Now the second best, also rare, are on three sheets below...........I call them seconds, thirds, fourth, etc, etc..........
Click image for larger version Name:	Sheet 001.jpg Views:	0 Size:	519.0 KB ID:	431143 Page 2 next............
Click image for larger version Name:	Sheet 002.jpg Views:	0 Size:	540.1 KB ID:	431144 And page 3. Notice inserted by dates and mints....... These three sheets are 20 U.S. Silver Dollars per large sized sheet. Still got more, not enough to fill out the sheets, but will do it somedays if I can find some more empty card holder plastic sheets!!! Save the rest of the silver dollars, in container in my house....... But here is page 3 of the silver dollars........ Whoops, some missing, got them, not sure where I put them though.........

Got to tell you MY CODES. THE MINTS are no mint mark, it is Philadelphia. Denver is "D", San Francisco is "S", Carson City NEV is "CC", and New Orleans LA is "O". The last two MINTS are GONE today!!!! Now AU is Almost Uncirclulated conidition, Unc is uncircirculated condition, even though they wre circulated, is the best condition of the coins. Then FINE, Almost Fine, Good, almost good, Good and Poor but still rare coins...
    MELBETA
Now I also found, Susan B. Anthony silver dollars, got two of them, one pretty worn, other excellent condition... Now since then, I got some more Susan B. anthony dollars. We call them Silver Dollars, but sorry,
no silver is in them. XF-AU means Extra Fine/Almost AU...

I used to go down to the South of the United States, and metal detect too. Got 4 rare Confederate States of America 1961 coins. And I got a bunch of Confederate paper money too, in a picture frame, hanging on the wall of my lower level family room....First the 1861 coins...I bought these from a guy selling them in a flea market.......But they are real!!!!!!!!!!!! What is real? The paper money is real. Now the coins, do not think they are real, think are replicas. Do not show any wear on them. Most likely replicas. Bought all of it from a guy in a flea market you see. The paper money is real, Not sure on the coins though.

I found a HELL OF A LOT of GOLD DIAMOND RINGS. I removed the stones from them, got a box of DIAMONDS from the gold and platinum rings. Got EMERALDS tooo!!! And other semi-precious stones as well... Here is a photo of the stones from the Gold and Platinum rings, removed them, sold the gold to REFINERIES... One shipment was over $18,000+ dollars..... Now some of the LARGE DIAMOND RINGS, still got them stored and did not remove the stones from them. THESE are ALL diamonds, I own a diamond tester unit....

I have pages of old coins, some are very unique and RARE, so I put them all together on one 20 coin sheet, each is in a small coin card holder.......I had it this way in my STORE in Knob Hill area of Colorado Springs. A realtor, walked in one day with an offer, paying my DOUBLE for the store so I took the deal. I got TWICE the price I paid for the old store building. Sold that sucker quick. But here is the sheet of coins and some are very very old and rare!!!!!!!
Well, could not post it! It was a photo of entire sheet, but showed up as line by line of letters and numbers, not sure why, but could not post it......Well, showed up better second time......

Now I went to college, spent 2 years in western Nebr, and then went east, to Lincoln NE. There I went to work for a Jewish store, both the wife and the husband really liked me, gave me the freedom to come and go from the store,
as my classes hours varied. I had learned working for a Department store in western NEBR, and even learned to measure a customer, and give the male or female persons, the measurements, that way they could finish the clothing
so it actually fit the buyer.

The male was the TAILOR, the female was a SEAMSTRESS, both modified the length, so the length was the right length of the pants legs. With measurements, they could modify clothing so it fit perfectly.....The tailor was an old
JEWISH man upstairs above the store, the seamstress was in her apartment a block away from the store. I would take the clothing personally to the tailor and to the seamstress. So the buyers really liked me!!!!!!!!!!!

Now the waist had to be changed as well, so the pants or waist would fit the buyers waste. Some wastes had to be opened up on the seams, and make the waist LARGER, other persons needed the waist SMALLER, so what I was doing was measuring people, both men and women, and giving them TAILOR MADE CLOTHING. Since I had learned this in the DEPARTMENT Store, I OUT SOLD the other guys working in the STORE....... I even knew how to measure the necks, the waist, and the CHEST, and the length too as well.

So that is why I out sold the other guys in the store. I worked part time during the School YEAR, and on summers, worked FULL TIME. As long as I knew how to measure the buyer, from NECK DOWN to the LENGTH to the ankles, the buyers got TAILOR MADE clothing... Not every sales person knows how to measure a buyer. I knew both men, male youths, females, female youths, and they ended up with tailor clothing!!!!!!! They knew I knew, so they came back into the store, looking for me, they pointed at me, said "I want HIM to measure me so the clothing FITS RIGHT"......... Now the store sold finished clothing, and I sold it as is too! But some people liked it to fit without sagging and looking too large of too tight... I would sell LEVIS, which shrank if wet, and told them, put them on, go into the shower, get wet, let them dry on you and they will "shrink to fit you perfectly!!!!!!!!!!! Young girls wanted the LEVIS to fit their body frame work very snug........

Now clothing was cheaper then it is today, and fitting the customer was easier and cheaper, as both the TAILORS and the SEAMSTRESS people worked cheaper to get the work!!!!!! I sold SUITS, SPORT COATS, all kinds of pants and shirts, and they looked great in what was tailored for them........Since their was more profit then, in the price of a garmet, the tailoring was cheaper, and they could afford to look like an person wearing custom clothing........

Lots of pants came without cuffs on the bottom, and I measured the buyer, and he had either cuffs or not cuffs on the bottoms of the pants legs.....Women bought mens BLUE JEANS, as women have greater HIPS, and I made sure
they looked great by measuring them precisely for tailor made adjustments.....The other guys sold the non-tailored clothing, and I knew more then the two Jewish owners. Now my work became known in downtown Lincoln, and owners
of the other JEWISH stores, offered to hire me, but you see, I really liked the owners of the Lincoln Army and Navy Store, as they offered me work, when the others would not hire me... So I stuck with them!!! I measured them even
if they did not buy anything. You see in the Dept store, we gave people FULL SERVICE and they loved the FULL SERVICE, as we did not charge for measurements!!!!!! It only took me a few minutes to measure a neck, the waist, the hips, and the length. And I never charged anyone for that service.... Today??? You do not find people who can really measure a male or female body correctly......Today you buy it the way it comes at the stores! Dept stores used to employe their own tailors and own seamstresses. Heck, someone wanted a cap or hat, I measured their head, picked out some, and sold them like crazy!!!!! Today people try them on and try to find one that feels like it fits okay!
