White's hipmount coinmaster 4000d serie2

acquired this old boy at a garage clearance and it came whithout coil and rod .
as connectors ( 5 pins ) are the same I plugged a CM 2000D serie 3 coil and
it works .
as far as I know there is a " set/reset " push switch on hipmount handle .

on witch pin connect it ???

Carl, I just checked, I do not have that particular 4000d Series 2 schematic, and since it is a .pdf file, I cannot open it with this computer, so can you email it to me, there I can download it into my Whites Schematics files.
