......Yes.....the Sidewinder still works.....just really have it for sentimental reasons.......I have a later model Garrett Treasure Hunter with all of the coils including the 12 by 24 and the 24 by 24.....I pull this one out if I am looking for a Septic Tank lid or a lost Boat or lost tractor iron wheel......LOL......JoeComment

UPDATE......
.....I sold the Master Hunter 5....it was too similar to the MH 7X......the The Sea Hunter XL500 had a cracked case....I was able to get a replacement case plus found a back up XL500......In 2010 I would like to get a Garrett Scorpion Stinger or a GTP 1350.....but even used it is a little too much in price right now!!.......HH,.........and MERRY CHRISTMAS......JoeComment
