Hi Sven
These are pictures of the PCB taken from the original Barracuda Lay files as promised incl circuit parts list and PCB etching picture.
You bought Silverdog versions so you need to make placements for Q5 and its relevant components R26/R27 etc which are all looking towards bottom right hand corner.
The link you pointed too which is to the left of Q5 needs to be cut and in place put external delay pot.
Change Q1 for original Darlington type transistor TP127 , by doing this you also reduce current drain by a significant amount, hence you can get a couple of hours or more just running on a 9V PP3 type battery put in your pocket.
Far as other components go through them together with the written parts list that I posted on here and do not deviate from it, the part placement numbers and types together with polarity's of components where applicable are accurate to the pictures that are posted taken from the Lay files.
Don't neglect installing the LED as it is significant with how the threshold works, Its not just for visual but infact required for the Barracuda to work how its supposed too.
It still pays to build alongside the circuit diagram for reference as I do and always have done, however in this particular build providing you have done a good job and components are to accurate specification theirs know reason why it wont work on first switch on.
Regards
