Well I'll tell you my eye balls were bout ready to "POP" out of my head last night I was looking my pcb then at the baracuda sticky up top then pics of boards with parts and chasing links down left and right then I realized revD is not the same as rev2. As most of you probably know the parts list in sticky up top does not match with parts Silver dog sends out because of the latest Rev(2) so with that learning curve behind me I need to verify some #'s and symbol's. There are 9 tiny glassy looking resisters??? with a blk band on the pos. end then on the pcb are sm rectangles with a heavy white end some of these have a #48 others a #4148 are these locations inter changeable? #4148/48.

yes the black band on the DIODE coresponds to the white band on the board.
the only different diodes are the black and silver ones 4001's, same thing for them silver band matches up to the white band on the board.
you must make sure these components are the right way round. -
Thanks for the confirmation I saw some pics on Youtube that had the diodes mixed up+ all the issues others are having with ill performance I want to get this right first timeComment

6666, Yes I will probably need many more of those factual descriptions before I am finished with this project as most of those bits look like a carpenter ant with a wire stuck through it. I am most definitely not a Electronics Head. Although I very much appreciate those here who are.Comment

OK I am now to a road block with those 5 white, 5 gray and 3 red square +1 red &1 blk???'s what is marked on the parts dont seem to match the abbreviation at least to me. I will try to match these up maybe someone can correct me if you see a mix up. #472J100 x5= (4N7), #47K63 x3=(470N), #10NK100 x5=(100N), #6800 x1 lg red=(6N
& #102J100 x1=(1N). I am going to make a coil former to keep busy for now.
