Can you make a picture of your pcb from both sides?

Im not sure but google says BF247 is NFET , are you sure that you can use it as a replacement?

The IRF gets beetween warm and hot

He means that you should go outside with your board and make pictures in direct sunlight. Not inside with flash or Normal electic light.
