The build document that you refer to was updated in August of this year and is for the Rev. A board.

Yes, the sticky always contains the latest build document. Older versions are removed.

As surfdetector said, the build document was recently updated. This was done to align the parts list with the kits being supplied by Silverdog, and to clarify/correct the information regarding adjustment of R14.
