Q3, Q5, Q7 = Fet BF245C

Q6, Transistor Darlington = BC517

Please note: all they must be rotated 180 degrees because the pinout is different.

i just can find bf256 or 245 (no 245c) or bf247a,can i use them?
or do you know another equivalent?
andcan i use c2026 instead of bc517?

Hello Mohandes, try fet BF247 preferably with the letter C at the end ok, do not forget to rotate 180 degrees.
The transistor 2SC2026 is not a Darlington, search Google for characteristic similar to the original.

Mohandes you will have problems with this PCB, many points in a short circuit and other points too close, check very well compared to the original design.
How to use the fet BF247A I believe it works, if not we have to leave the original for what we have at hand with characteristics as close as possible.

I believe the BF256 are installed backwards. It looks like the PCB was created for 2N5484,5.

2M2= 2.2MΩ

(You penciled the IRF9640 pin assignments backwards.)

Mohandes, the reason has Porkluvr the fets should be rotated 180 degrees, the resistors are 2M2 or 2.2 Mhoms (red, red, green) The IRF9640 is installed in the same position TIP127 and A14 is correct.

It might be best to look up each part on google, then learn to wire them. Start with something simple like the speaker or 12v plug, then do the potentiometer, then the stereo headphone jack with switch.
Your headphone jack may be different, the rest is clearly visible and labeled for you in the picture.

Get to work, you could have it done before somebody draws you a picture.
