Can you say some technicals about whole air cooker procedure?
Very tasty ... but lead poisoning LOL.

Step 1. I am using the Leaded paste ... lower melting point ... If using unleaded paste then you need probably a higher temp. You could modify the thermostat to do this ( eg 300 C )
    I set temp to max = 250 C

Step 2. Place all components on board. Except heat sensitive ones. Make sure your solder paste is fresh and dont put too much on....or too little .... experiment with a dummy board first.

Step 3. Set timer to 10 - 12 minutes. The oven uses a halogen tube for heating and there is a fan to circulate air so heat is very even.

Step 4. The halogen tube lights up the interior and you have 360 degree view of your board. You can easily see when the solder "reflows" or melts. The Fan vibrates slightly ... this helps the components to align correctly when the solder reflows.

Step 5. The timer will shut off the oven ... wait for 5 - 10 minutes for temperature to ramp down before opening or moving the board or you will disturb the solder or heat stress due to fast cooling.

If you replace the oven "bowl" with a vacuum table you can make COIL SHELLS very easily :-).

Wait for Sale time at the shop for cheap ovens .... I picked mine up for $29 ... usually $44 .... Dont pay $100 too much. Get one second hand.

Good for desoldering all the components from some types of boards .... heat the board upside down and shake when the solder melts

Update: there are low temp unleaded pastes available eg 138 C ... so not as much of an issue.

found a Video on YouTube with same oven, guy wraps the glass Body with alu kitchen foil for better ir reflection
also he used pid Regulation to drive perfect solder temp curve
Project seems open source, should be a small Task for you moodz

Hand job solder/desolder reflow with bosch heat gun. Three air flows and continuously variable temp from 50 - 630 degrees C. Noice

....modified the noise cancellation processing ... coke can detect at 105 cm with 11 inch mono coil. Used to be 80 cm.

I guess you will be looking mainly for large targets, but I would be interested in how it goes on small targets to, good luck
