Doug, don't you have the intelligence to understand that you are the one making the performance claims for the coil, therefore you are the one who has to validate your claims, not me. Note, the "onus" is on you!

Put up or shut up!And please stick to the topic!
The topic is whether you have the ability to justify your claims for the JS spider coil, and you don't!!

Still waiting for your recommended coil testing protocol!
And everyone is still waiting for you to justify making the claims you have made for the JS spider coil.

Go seek professional psychiatric help Doug. Until you do you should not be allowed out in public.

NOW PLEASE STICK TO THE TOPIC AND POST YOUR RECOMMENDED COIL TESTING PROTOCOL OR PROVE MY CLAIMS TO BE WRONG! As in law the onus is on you to prove your allegations that my claims are false! So put up or shut up! Now back to topic! Come on please tell us how you would test or compare a spider wound mono with a bundle wound mono of the same diameter! Can't be that hard for you can it? If this is too hard for you then tell us why a spider mono wound coil can never be better or as good as a bundle wound mono of the same diameter.

I want to know the answer first.

Spider wound coils pro's and cons compared to bundle wound coils on Pi detectors and a RECOMMENDED COIL TESTING Protocol to test them .ie what test's should be done, why they should be done and the best way of doing them and how the test results should be interpreted with regard to other coils just for a start! Obviously this is well beyond your comprehension and why would members here ever expect you to post anything other than rubbish!

Doug it is common knowledge in the metal detector manufacturing industry that they do not work as well as a bundled coil, or they would be using them. As Moodz has stated they are easy to build and cheap to produce. So if they were better, the companys would be using them. That is all the info that I and anyone else needs.

So first it was Minelab you hated. Now it is bundle wound coils. What is next? Me? Woody? Big dogs? Global warming?

                              • Hey, what a luck. I obviously have already implemented the Moodz spider coil type. Hmmmmm, no additional coding required...

getting rich and a "Minelab" share holder soon... *LOL*
