    Thats a good definition .... I would also add that the twisted pair coils, from the point of view of the individual conductors occupy the same magnetic and electrical space ( not physical space obviously ). So at a some point away from the twisted pair coil ... say at a target the coil pair is identical and sees the same magnetic or faraday effect that is equal in time as mickstv pointed out above. It is the way the coils are connected that establishes the properties we are investigating.

    I define a monocoil to be that one or more conductors are formed into a single wound coil ... even if those conductors are twisted together or wound in parallel. However if there are two or more separated coils ( separated in space ) even if they are two or more monocoils then the total coil structure is composite and no longer a monocoil.

    So lets get over this argument and back to the investigation.
