  • Induction balanced twin coils

    Hi Gary

I was just wondering in your two coil version have you seen any advantage or disadvantage useing induction balanced 00 coils ? or doesn't it matter if the two coils are IB or not ?

    Cheers

In the Two Coil Cancelling Mode, the two coils should be Balanced.

In the Dual Coil, Seperate Recieve and Transmit, The Recieve coil can be More Turns to possibly get a Larger Return Signal.
    (Not Balanced)

I don't look here Very Often, Best send me an Email or your "Land Based Phone Number".

      Hi Gary
Thanks for the reply, I will have a bit of an experiment with the Two Coil Cancelling Mode.

Interesting about your free calls, we dont have that in Oz.

      Cheers

I know this is an old thread, but you could have both, as it is simple enough to induction balance 2 dis-similar coils ?? As long as the sum total was similar to identical or single coils??
