Geotech Baracuda Rev-A ---- Set the DC voltage level to -2.1V

I'm trying to Build my Geotech Baracuda Rev-A, i have reach STEP 7, i have NO oscilloscope, i have try Set the DC voltage level to -2.1V using voltmeter, it take
time to reach -2.55V, i have decide to continue later because the time was 2.00AM.


second day i continue my work so i start measuring voltage ( U7 pin 1 ) and i was surprised that it's -3.6V again, any comment or any advise plz

i would like to know if i have a problem with my U4 or any other component parts based on questions i got from other forums in this website

With pins 1 and 2 of the sample delay shorted. What voltage do you read at U4 pins 6, 8, 10 and 12? Does the voltage at pin 6 change when adjusting R14?


pin 6= -0.26V
pin 8= -4.71V
pin 10= -4.71V


pin 14 is at zero


pin 4= -4.73V
pin 5= -3.09V


Does the voltage at pin 6 change when adjusting R14?
