seems good. why on the board its are not good? resolder and do right. be accurately.
anotherway your board will turn in garbage. First Rule. accurately soldered board is working
right from power up connection. you did unaccuratelly.

pin 2 power
pin 3 coil

All the other pcb that I made the connection with the coil was seperate so I didn’t realize that must me that way

The red led is always on and the yellow is on but light a little is something wrong or some part have a problem???

every component has to be checked before soldering, by measuring. resistors, caps, transistors, etc, all.
if you do not do that (laziness) you get headache. what type vt10 vt11?

Every resistor capacitor is checked the only parts that I didn’t check is the 4066 the tl062 lf357 lm556 and the 4538

also, i see you bend components' pins on bottom board side, FOR WHAT YOU DO THIS???
WHAT THAT GIVES TO YOU??? if you desolder something with bended pins you WILL KILL HOLES' METALIZATION - !!!
