do pics on daylight under sun, at open air, outside of your night house. i see nothing on the pics. all black.
i believe Greece in tropical region, the sun is amazingly active there. not like our northern. in your climate
you get tropical fruits all year round.

measure voltage on input pins of power supply connector on board.

check NE555 in another device.

Now I checked the battery and it was 10,7 so I replace it with other battery and the lights are ok now I replace the 555 with new one and the device start working like a dream
