  • L1 & L2 ???

I have a question about L1 and L2 in HHII schematics. They were referenced to the text which I didn't find. Can someone explain them to me? of course, one of them is main loop but what's the other? Also, is that a jumper between L1 & L2 ?

If you plan on using a mono coil, then you do not need L2. The "jumper" is actually 2 pins on the coil connector (see PCB layout). Simply short these together.

If you want to use an induction balanced coil, then connect the TX coil in the L1 position, and the RX coil in the L2 position. Obviously you will not need the short in this case.

There is no best, each method has certain advantages. The option was included to allow experimentation, which is the entire purpose of the HH project series.
