witch pots should be the external ones

This is my first post.
I bought a kit from www.silverdog.co.uk. I came with three potentiometers for knobs 1x 100K en 2x 10K.
For what position/function is are they?
100k options are R2 (freq), R18(?), R31 (treshold)
10K options are R3 (pulswidth) , R42 (main delay), R46 (sec. delay width)

P1 = 100k (null offset)
P2 = 10k (threshold)
P3 = 10k (main sample delay)

I thought this was the Hammerhead section? On Hammerhead I'd choose;

100k - Threshold (R31)
10k - Pulsewidth (R3)
10k - Main Delay (R42)
