Carl Morelands PI-1

Hi All,
Has anyone built Carl's PI-1? I am needing the board dimensions as I don't have one yet. I couldn't find a ref. to the size anywhere. I am designing a water proof housing for it before I get the board.

PCB is 3.5" x 4.0" (89 x 102 mm).
