Hammerhead field test in air at labo

I just finish the assembly of my hammerhead.
I look very sensitive: a money of 20mm in gold ( NAPOLEON) is detect at 230 mm and a piece of stanless steel metal of 40mmx40xx ep 2mm is detect at 350 mm : very very good. The coil is made with 37 turn and diam ext is

Afterthought, I think that the VCO adjustement not need to be on the top of the box and the value of the autotrack adustemnt could be 1 Mohms instead of 100 Kohms. Otherwise all is good, very good. Just for carl.

Philippe, IMHO, you could be drilled the coil, gotta a ring, relocating a thimble slightly to edge. it gives a better target pinpointing.
