hello all and Carl, I found of a track to R18 is absent. then I did open gerber files and there is not the track too. it does not give to set the offset to zero level of op amp.

You are correct, the two middle pads of the pot should be shorted. I was using a pot with a staggered middle pin, so I missed this. Sorry.
