SMT Hammerhead Parts Question

Hello All,
I was wanting to build the SMT Hammerhead. However I am not familiar with SMT parts when it comes to dimensional size. Also I don't know about the capacitors. On the original Hammerhead for example it has electrolytic and poly caps on it. Do I have to worry about that with the SMT board? I don't know much about electronics. I can solder the right parts in the right places if given a layout like Carl has done with his boards and articles. If I could get a list with suggested parts numbers from Mouser of some other large supply house that would help out a bunch. I am attaching a photo of my untested Rev.b board. Is it typical for the poly caps to be that huge? They are the right values. Thank in advance.

Those poly caps are kinda big. All of mine are no bigger than the one next to R49.

On the SMT board, the same electrolytics are used, but instead of poly caps, use monolythic chip caps. I used 0805 size, but I think 1206's will also fit the pads.

I am sorry I can give similar info only on my Native... but I think this info is perceiveable. as if there is a marking, so marking consists a letter and a digit - the letter is mantissa, the digit is multiplier of multiplicity 10. but capacitors can not have a marking also... then measure it for a checking.
