been reading this forum for several weeks and I'm trying to decide on which pi to build..
I've looked over the schem's and placement pdf's.but I'm unable to find a list of parts for the HH..
I could read the schem's and make a list myself but i'm thinking that the errors/omissions I make may have an out come on the final product..
after reading all the posts on coils and making,I believe that a DD rectangle is in order.(easiest to wind? but maybe very tough to tune?)
i'm in the process of a seperate folder for Reg's post's on tweak's(THANX REG)
which has been very enlightening..as well as the others..
I understand that the VCO model once properly running and tuned will produce the wee/woo ,where as the non-VCO will not...Correct??
I've fooled with electronics a fair bit,once even making a dual channel 555 timer curcuit to be used for salmon fishing(the black box).
I designed and made from scratch..( many 555's released their smoke while trying to get them into a 2.5/.3 min on/off cycle)
so I think I have what it takes to construct a HH...
the coils and tuning may take a bit...BUT I'M VERY interested.
I see that lastest rev is C?
Is there somthing I've overlooked ?
Goals for the HH would be salt beach's as well as relic area's.
